Editar Botão ajuda

Como faço para aparece aquele botãozinho de EDITAR no forum...no meu só parece excluir msg, denunciar e informação.

agradeço se puderem me ajudar mais nessa ...

Verifique pelas configurações de permissão para cada fórum, e verifique se tem permissão para editar mensagens.

já fiz todo o processo mas não abre o editar, crio um tuto e depois não consigo edita lo...

qdo tento configurar por forum dá essa msg:

Esse erro é problema no servidor de hospedagem, tente contacta-los para obter respostas sobre isso.

Tentamos todas as configurações entre elas permissões e troca de estilos etc...entramos em contato pcpnel e até agora nada...o problema q sem os benditos EDITAR não tem como prosseguir com forum. Se eu te passar o login e senha o amigo não dá uma analisadinha pra nós fazendo o favor?
