Este tema só tem a pagina do overallfooter pra edição, e eu quero fazer mudanças no overall header e no stylesheet.css.

Quero centralizar o logo, e mandar a searchbox para baixo dele.

Não tem, ele tem apenas o overall-fotter e um arguivo chamado template.cfg

como eu edito o headerbar dele?

Tem estilos que utilizam os arquivos do estilo o qual ele é baseado. Este é baseado no Prosilver.
Você tem 2 opções:
1- Pode editar o overall_header.html do Prosilver e a edição será aplicada neste seu estilo.
2- Pode adicionar o arquivo overall_header.html do Prosilver e na pasta /template deste seu estilo, e fazer a edição nele e não no do Prosilver.
Há muitos tópicos resolvidos que tratam sobre o logo, fundo, cor dos títulos, links, etc, sobre o Prosilver. O que se aplica ao Prosilver é também aplicável a este seu estilo. Tem também um artigo que fala sobre como colorir o Prosilver.
Após pesquisar sobre o assunto, se mesmo assim ainda houver dúvidas, então, poste-a aqui.

e o stylesheet.css, o que tenho que fazer?

Se não tiver o stylesheet.css você pode copiá-lo também do Prosilver, só que stylesheet.css traz as configurações para o Subsilver2. Para o Prosilver, são vários arquivos .css que estão na pasta /theme.

Robra, desde ja obrigado pelas orientações. Consegui editar o logo da maneira que fica melhor.
porém não consegui fazer a searchbox ficar agradavel como no layout anterior.
